Speaker Bio:

Justin Studebaker is the founder of Symphoneo Consulting and an expert based in Roseville, California. He is a pioneer of Working Genius by being one of the first Certified Working Genius Coaches/Trainers. Birthed in the pandemic, Working Genius is a productivity tool to help individuals and teams be more productive and fulfilled in their work. Justin has the breadth and depth of experience spanning various industries and sectors including private, government, and nonprofit. Over the past few years, he has helped hundreds of leaders and teams, to get more done in less time, increase employee retention, clarify which types of work give energy, joy, and fulfillment to avoid what is draining and difficult, and build dynamic teams. In addition, Justin is a thought leader and dynamic public speaker. He is also an advocate for foster youth and has helped grow various non-profit organizations to get the support needed. Justin has a Master of Arts in Human and Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
