This Learning Through Lean Lenses / Introduction to Lean Construction workshop is a highly interactive 2.5-hour session designed to give attendees hands-on, practical experience with Lean principles and tools they can use immediately on their construction projects. Through a series of engaging activities, real-world case studies, and AI-powered exercises, participants will learn how to identify and eliminate waste, improve collaboration, and enhance project outcomes. The focus will be on learning by doing, ensuring that every concept explored is tied directly to actionable strategies that can drive efficiency and value in their work.

MEET OUR FACILITATOR, FELIPE ENGINEER-MANRIQUEZ!

Felipe Engineer-Manriquez is the Project Delivery Services Director at The Boldt Company and host of The EBFC Show podcast. He is a recognized leader in the construction industry, a best-selling author and known for his advocacy of Lean Construction and Scrum methodologies. With over 20 years of experience, Felipe has played a key role with the Lean Construction Institute (LCI), promoting Lean practices that improve project performance and foster collaboration. Felipe is passionate about integrating Scrum, a framework from Agile project management, into construction to enhance team coordination and productivity and simplifies work processes. As a Registered Scrum Trainer™ and Lean Construction Institute Chairman’s Award recipient, coach, consultant, speaker, and trainer, he empowers organizations to adopt these innovative approaches, driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and greater value into their projects.
