Culture and Crumb will be guiding us through how to create charcuterie creations inclusive of cheese/cured meats, fruit and accompaniments, while enjoying red, white & bubbly wines that have been paired for us by our host. You will learn all the techniques as well as the pairings and cheese history...PLUS you get to take your creation AND BOARD home with you!
